ROOT NATURAL SHIPPING POLICY
- Root Natural ships to most parts of India.
- All orders will be processed and shipped within 24- 48 hrs days, We ship all days except Sundays and National holidays.
- Shipping of the product will require 5-7 business days
- Shipping charges will be applicable for your below Rs 499 order which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- For orders above Rs. 499 (Excluding COD charges, Shipping charges, Taxes, or value reduced after the application of coupons or any other offer) free shipping is available.
- Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be shared at checkout through email and on the website.
- These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/ cancellation of the product or the order.
- The shipping charges can be modified by Root natural at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.

- The team at Root Natural constantly strives to provide the best customer experience by delivering products before or on the Estimated Delivery Date, however, due to unforeseen and unavoidable logistics issues there might be unexpected delays in the order delivery. In such circumstances, Root Natural will not be liable and shall request its customers to cooperate as Root Natural continuously tries to ensure such instances do not occur. Also in cases where the shipment is untraceable and the delivery of the order is taking longer than usual, Root Natural contains the right to cancel the order and refund the amount for the canceled product(s) to the customer.
- Terms for change in address: Address change is only possible if the order is Confirmed or in Pending status and none of the product(s) in the order have been shipped. Although if there are any charges/taxes applied for the original delivery address while placing the order and if there is any variation in the amount for the updated address, the request to change the delivery address might not be accepted.
- Time for shipping may be increased for third-party shipment.
RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Root Natural offers its customers an ’Easy cancel policy’ to request a refund, cancellation, or return, it is mandatory to request a complaint on our email email@example.com within 24 hours.

- The shipping charges applied will not be refunded in the case of returned/canceled products or orders. Amount of Rs. 50 will be deducted for the same.
In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

In cases where you have canceled an order but the order has already been handed over to the courier company on our end and might try to deliver. We request you to not accept that order. A return charge will be applicable in such cases.
As soon as we receive the product(s), we will verify the packaging/condition of it and initiate a refund.
WHICH ARE THE ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED / EXCHANGED?
Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns/exchanges on personal care products and edibles. Return is applicable for skin/ hair care tools.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
- The product is damaged due to use by the Customers.
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, or if original packaging is damaged.
- Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.
- Product is used, opened, or altered.
- The product is good to use as per the advice of the manufacturing brand and the product has no issues caused by shipping.
- The product is wrongly purchased by the customer, in which case the customer needs to check the items before receiving the order
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM / WRONG PRODUCT:
Our shipments and packaging are designed to keep product safety at most priority to prevent any damages. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment, you can request a replacement or refund within 2 days from the date of receiving the product(s). All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service at customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
After the product reaches our warehouse and has gone through a quality check, the refund will be processed within 3-4 business working days. All refunds will be transferred to the bank account or can be transferred to the Root Wallet.
IF I PAY COD, HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND?
All refunds will be transferred to the bank account or can be transferred to the Root Wallet (Irrespective of the mode of payment).
I USED DISCOUNT VOUCHERS OR LOYALTY POINTS DURING THE TIME OF PAYMENT & DO I HAVE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation
