Root natural has partnered with cash-free to provide a secured payment gateway so that none of your information or transactions will be misused or leaked.
After the product reaches our warehouse and goes through a quality check, the refund will be processed within 3-4 business days. All refunds will be transferred to your Root Naturals Wallet or your bank account.
2. If I pay COD, how will I get my refund?
All refunds will be transferred to the bank account or transferred to the Root Naturals Wallet (Irrespective of the mode of payment).
Shipping of the product will require 5-7 business days.

2. Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?
Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns/exchanges on Skin Care products. However, return is applicable for skincare tools.
3. What are the conditions to return the products?
We won't accept returns under the following conditions:
- A request is generated after 2 Business Days of receiving the order.
- Product is damaged due to use by Customer.
- Product Returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty. Product is used, opened, or altered.
- The product is good to use as per the advice of the manufacturing brand, and the product has no issues caused by shipping.
- The product is wrongly purchased by the customer; in which case the customer needs to check the items before receiving the order.
